Memberships & ticket costs
Tickets to mainstage shows are $30.00 general admission or $20.00 to students and seniors.
All Thursday performances are "pay what you can."
You may reserve your tickets online or by calling 716-853-1334; you can pick up your tickets when you arrive for the performance.
Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check upon your visit to the theatre. Or buy a Member’s Pass for only $100.00 for four tickets.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. But if purchased at the door, must be purchased with cash or check.
Become a MEMBER or FRIEND and purchase five seats for just $120.00. All mainstage performances are on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m.; tickets are $30.00 general admission and $20.00 (students and seniors). All Thursday performances are pay-what-you-can. RESERVATIONS can be made by leaving your name, details and contact information with the box office at 853-1334. Seating at the New Phoenix Theatre is open, so we will simply hold your reservation until 15 minutes before the performance.

Members and Friends at all levels are gratefully acknowledged in our playbills, are invited to treat the Theatre’s Gallery and Bar as their home, and receive special invitations to and news of all our events, as well as select discounts on performances, classes, and workshops.
